Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario and particularly, here at the Hilton Toronto Airport. The ambiance was amazing. The drinks weren't bad either. It was just too crowded and too noisy. Barely any space to reach your chair. Too many chairs and tables in a little space. It ruined the experience.

The food and dessert were fantastic. We had Chicken Alfredo and chocolate brownie 😋 I would definitely come here again if ever in the area loved it! The waitress was great, and the food came fast. Very nice restaurant! We had a great time there.

My sister and I came here before the Taylor Swift concert and it was perfect! They had a Dj playing all her music and the ambiance was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. We would definitely go back!!

My experience at Alice was absolutely top-notch! The service exceeded expectations, and the tomahawk steaks were incredibly well-priced for the quality. I learned they’re wet-aged for 45 days, which really shows in the flavor. I’ll definitely be back. The best part? The kitchen offers a steak late into the night!
