Welcome to Topa at Provisions! Topa (meaning "cheers" in Basque) brings a taste of San Sebastián's vibrant food scene. We’ve always had a fascination with the Basque region because of its wealth of incredible produce. As an importer, we’ve spent years forging strong relationships with some Basque producers and have organised many pop-ups to pay homage to their region. These events were always the most popular and fun for us to organise so we’ve decided to make it a regular thing ! We’re now bringing the feel of a bustling San Sebastián local bar to North London. The kitchen is run by Simon Shand, former head chef of now closed Michelin starred Leroy and fellow San Sebastián obsessive. His menu is an ode to San Sebastian Pintxo bars, offering a mix of pintxos and plates, including Gildas, black pudding with damson, sautéed mushrooms with egg yolk. On the wine front, dig through a 250 references list to pair with the food or choose a bottle from our shelves against a small corkage
Camino Monument is located in the heart of the City, a short walk from Monument and Bank stations. Our spacious yet cosy space makes a great spot for business drinks and light tapas lunches, or hearty meals that stretch into the night. Cambio de Tercio is the signature Restaurant of Cambio De Tercio Restaurant Group, located in the heart of Chelsea- South Kensington. It was open in June, 1995 and is a pioneer in offering modern and innovative Spanish cuisine in London. We also offer traditional Spanish tapas, but it is our Chef Alberto Criado’s creative dishes, what defines us and has given us our name. Our award winning “wine list” contains the largest and more diverse selection of Spanish wines anywhere in London.Within our renovated premises, you can now have dinner at our Chef’s table situated in our kitchen or enjoy one of our Spanish style Gin & Tonic at our “C.Tonic” Bar, with a large 80+ premium gin’s menu. Nestling discreetly in the pulsating heart of Soho and surrounded by some of the capital’s most notorious venues, our Bateman Street site is a firm favourite amongst the media-workers and colourful visitors that exemplify this unique area.Perfect for a light lunch or casual afternoon business meeting, the pace begins to pick-up around 5:30pm, delivering a decidedly more energised experience as the evening progresses.
Shoreditch is the newest member of the Camino family. Inspired by the Castile y León region of Northern Spain, the restaurant and bar is vibrant yet relaxed, with a beautiful heated terrace for outdoor drinking and dining all year round. This location is particularly special to us, as it was in Shoreditch that our first ever bar Cantaloupe, opened back in 1995. The neighbourhood sparked the DNA that then lived on in all of the restaurants and bars we’ve opened since, and we’re delighted to have returned home again after all these years.
Camino was born with the opening of King’s Cross in 2007. Capturing the real essence of Spain was always the aim, and with the addition of Bar Rioja opening opposite ( this was previously Bar Pepito, London’s very first sherry bar) we came a King’s Cross institution. Our lively bar and restaurant sprawls around a hidden courtyard, coming alive in the Summer, full of people enjoying a frosted mug of Spanish cerveza, a glass of sangria or a Rioja Glass from Bar Rioja. With outdoor heaters and plenty of seating, it’s often busy on even the coldest of evenings. We’re open everyday for lunch, dinner and everything in between. Join us for our Spanish breakfast during the week, or our popular Happy Hour at the weekend. The bar at Camino is always buzzing, with DJs on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays playing the best Latin, house and party sounds until late. Always free entry!
