Roly's Bistro first opened its doors in 1992 and has served traditional European cuisine ever since. Lunch is served in the Bistro on Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday lunch being served in The Terrace Restaurant. Dinner is served in the Bistro seven evenings a week. The menu caters for most palates with a Goat's cheese and vegetable tart and a selection of meat dishes from Roly's butcher block, such as sirloin steak and rib of prime Irish steak. Absolutely gorgeous food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was maybe slightly slow at times but the place was really busy and they were clearly working hard. Would definitely return if we're in Dublin again.

I always loved Chez Max. The staff are really friendly & helpful and the restaurant feels very French. The menu is simple but everything is done well. Nice selection of wines too. Price is really good value.
