A new, growing-led “British Tapas” restaurant from the teams behind Chef's Table and Growing @Field 28. The menu features an inventive and daily-changing selection of vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and game plates, each dish is crafted from Field 28's daily harvest of pesticide and biocide-free heritage produce and specialist leaf, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines. Lunch Offer : 3 Plates for £20, served at lunch Thursday-Saturday. Please note we are a separate restaurant to Chef's Table. We are currently unable to accept cash at our new premises and are card-only.

Menus change every four to six weeks. Please note we are currently card-only and unable to accept cash. Head chef Dan Regan, a passionate chef, heads up the young, vibrant team in the kitchen. Combining amazing, wild, sustainable ingredients from land and sea into sumptuous creations that form really memorable eating experiences. We focus on British ingredients, as local to Chester. Our venison, always a hugely popular part of our menus, is harvested from herds on estates that focus on improving biodiversity and deer health – a process we call Farming the Wild.
