At Cow and Pig Bromley Steakhouse, we source our 100% premium finest cuts from Farmers and Butchers. All of our premium dry-aged steaks are cut from Prime heifer, aged on the bone for 32 days by our supplier. Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is housed in an eco-friendly floating pavilion in a new riverside neighbourhood in Canary Wharf. Gently rising and falling with the tide, the main restaurant at dock-level is joined by a 120-seat waterside bar. Both include terraces with views across the water (squint your eyes and you might just see the ghosts of great ships laden with mighty lengths of timber that used to swing in and unload there).
