Gateau Ghost's humble beginnings trace back to the pandemic when founder Jayden Park perfected his madeleines in his home kitchen. This is where crowd favourite Madeline flavours like Matcha-Pistachio, Biscoff, and Miso were first created. Fast forward to 2024, and we've opened the first brick-and-mortar restaurant. The space is a 3-in-1 masterpiece: a bakery, a small storefront stocked with products from local businesses, and a bistro-style restaurant with an open kitchen.We're serving coffee, pastries, brunch, lunch, and dinner from our location at College & Dovercourt in Toronto.Our cafe is open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.Brunch waitlist available from 10:00am-3:30pm, Wednesday - Sunday.Dinner reservations 6:00pm - late, Thursday - Sunday We accept reservations for our dinner service three weeks in advanced and require a credit card to book.Entire party must be present to be seated.

Located in the lobby of The St. Regis Toronto, Astor Lounge welcomes guests with modern elegance and a relaxed atmosphere. Originally opened as a Dessert and Cake Shop, a light Lunch menu with Soups, Salads and Sandwiches were added. In 1997 we moved to a larger Unit within the same Plaza. With a larger kitchen it also allowed us to start offering a Breakfast and Dinner menu as well. In 2016 we expanded again at the current location. This also allowed us to expand our menus further. All our Desserts, Cakes, Pastries and Ice cream are still made on the premises. The many Awards over the years are a true statement of our efforts to provide an exceptional dining experience by using the freshest and best ingredients.
