Sekoya, pronounced just like “Sequoia,” means just that. Our cuisine, beverage program, and design work together to pay homage to the dynamic location of Palo Alto, while also introducing something new and fresh to the community. Cetrella's Executive Chef Vincenzo Vottero leads the culinary team preparing innovative seasonal dishes including signature artisan pastas. Bologna, the capital of Emilia-Romagna, where he was born and pursued his culinary career, was in 2022 voted Conde Nast Traveler Reader's most delicious city in the world. Adrestia features an inspired California menu that is shaped by local and seasonal ingredients, Japanese and broader Asian cuisines, and the Valley’s warm Mediterranean climate. The Adrestia kitchen is led by Chef Hideki Myo, a Tokyo native who brings more than 25 years of culinary experience to the team. He approaches the Adrestia menu by tapping into culinary traditions and ingredients from Japan while focusing on the modern, seasonal cooking he has done for more than two decades in California.
