POV is a fusion of diverse backgrounds and a shared passion. Their transition from Venice Beach teenagers to restaurant owners is driven by their friendship and dedication to culinary excellence. At POV, they take pride in creating homemade ingredients, most notably their signature pepperoni aged for 100 days. From oak-smoked mozzarella to freshly squeezed limeade, every detail is a labor of love that reflects their respect for the craft and commitment to providing extraordinary flavors.
