The food was UNREAL. We had to get two orders of the Jamaican patty spring rolls those were so tasty! The spicy Mac n cheese was the perfect amount of spice and super cheesy and we finished off with the peanut butter donuts which were delicious! They closed the downstairs which was annoying because we wanted to play more arcade games and it was so packed upstairs and most of the games were busy. On busy nights the downstairs should be open and all the games available to play! Overall, I would go back for the food we were so impressed!

We reserved a table at Alo - The Bar for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. The 'ninja' service was friendly and impeccable. New cutlery would magically disappear to be replaced by the sparkling new and errant spills would be wiped clean as if by the Invisible Man (or Person). The food – oh my (can we swear here?) god – the food was beautifully plated and so delicious we paused after each bite to stare pointedly at each other with amazed unabashed delight. I'm not 'the manor' born, so it's taken a few years to wrap my mind around bite-sized plates but trust me, you'll be satiated at the end of the meal. P.S. Thanks to all the waitstaff, especially Brad and Josh for making our night so special! If someone twisted my arm to find room for improvement, it would be the lighting from the large windows that backlight the bartender and anyone seated in front of you (should you be facing the window) before nighttime descends. Not sure how to fix this - maybe turning up the lighting in the bar slightly and pulling the blinds?
