Located atop the Bridger Gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Piste Mountain Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience with views of the iconic Corbet's Couloir. Complementing the meal are creatively crafted cocktails that elevate the experience while taking in breathtaking mountainside vistas. Perfect for après-ski relaxation or a casual lunch.Lunch is served daily from 11:00-2:30PM, December 10th through April 13th. Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. We have a 10-minute grace period. Located in the Sweetwater Gondola Mid-Station, this upscale chalet reflects a regional appeal offering a unique modern dining experience that combines perfectly with the warmth of a traditional winter ski resort experience. For guests dining without a ski pass, a sightseeing ticket will need to be purchased from guest services in order to ride the gondola.
The Whistling Grizzly features a regional bistro inspired menu utilizing local products such as Lockhart Ranch beef, Idaho trout and Vertical Harvest greens. Food & Beverage Director Jason Azarpour brings a 5 star hospitality experience as well as classic French culinary training to the Whistling Grizzly. We also offer a full bar menu including a full wine list, cocktails and local brews from Melvin and Snake River Brew Pub.
