Chef Gary Foulkes will lead the kitchen, joining from the Michelin-starred Angler to offer a regularly changing menu. Foulkes will lead the kitchen, combining his ingredient-led approach with flavours and techniques encountered on his travels around the world. Margaux is a modern European restaurant/wine bar. The French/Italian inspired menu includes seared foie gras, house made pork terrine, porcini risotto for appetisers and seared scallops, grilled veal rib and Barolo braised beef as some of the main courses. 100 bin wine list covers a broad range of producers and grapes, with an emphasis on old world wines. If you don"t want to stretch to a bottle there are over 25 wines by the glass and carafe. The Watermans Richmond is an all day Restaurant and Bar in the centre of town, conveniently located on an ancient cobbled street that leads down to the waterfront.Our food is the best of British ingredients, served with a nod to southern Europe, with favourite dishes ranging from scallop ravioli to fregola, veal chops and day boat fish. We had a fantastic evening celebrating a 40th birthday dinner. The staff were warm and welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious and lives up the restaurants Michelin star . All the produce was fresh and sourced from Ireland. We had the tasting menu and we did not regret it , as we were able to experience a range of dishes. My particular favourite was the sovereign street black pudding! As Ian ( the front of staff ) would say “we had a grand time ! “

Been here several times. Love the food. Love the vibe in Tooting Market. The manager / proprietor is always there, always remembers us (although our visits are not that frequent as we don't live that locally) and is super friendly. It's our venue of choice for taking friends to.
