We take the best seasonal produce available, cooking simple, classic foods. Nose-to-tail offal dishes are centred within our menu, utilising every part of the animal products in our kitchen. What a mind blowing experience. Absolutely nothing short of spectacular. The service, food, and ambience were first class. An amazing team of people at the top end of there game. I recommend anyone with the opportunity to experience this venue not to hesitate and treat yourself. Bloody awesome. Thank you so much. 😁

Seriously interesting food. Canoe of bone marrow eg with a nod to St Johns in London (this was better than the one I had there). Excellent wine list unsurprisingly Great service unobtrusive but attentive

we couldn’t have had a better experience for christmas day lunch. the food was superb! we had… oysters kingfish crudo prawn cocktails crayfish side salad fries eggnog dessert cremw brûlée thank you to all the staff that looked after us! it was truly a wonderful time
