Located on Spring Street near the Princess Theatre, we offer classic bistro fare with substance and character to perfectly complement our extensive collection of wines, old and new world, available to enjoy with your meal. We also welcome you on a walk-in basis next door at The City Wine Shop any day of the week, where you may simply pop in for a seat at the bar or grab a spot outside overlooking Parliament House. We take the best seasonal produce available, cooking simple, classic foods. Nose-to-tail offal dishes are centred within our menu, utilising every part of the animal products in our kitchen. What a mind blowing experience. Absolutely nothing short of spectacular. The service, food, and ambience were first class. An amazing team of people at the top end of there game. I recommend anyone with the opportunity to experience this venue not to hesitate and treat yourself. Bloody awesome. Thank you so much. 😁

Seriously interesting food. Canoe of bone marrow eg with a nod to St Johns in London (this was better than the one I had there). Excellent wine list unsurprisingly Great service unobtrusive but attentive

The menu is a bit small, but do they pack a punch! The kangaroo tartare tartlet and the lamb dup are both outstanding. Good wine list as well. But it’s not a very busy restaurant and the service is excellent.

we couldn’t have had a better experience for christmas day lunch. the food was superb! we had… oysters kingfish crudo prawn cocktails crayfish side salad fries eggnog dessert cremw brûlée thank you to all the staff that looked after us! it was truly a wonderful time
