Carlos@b&v brings the finer side of dining and service to this unique little part of North London, on the Green in Winchmore Hill, a stone's throw from the mainline station of the same name and a short drive from Southgate on the end of the Piccadiily Line. Carlos himself is a restauranteur with flair, having built a reputation in the area over 30 years and so his experience with executing a dynamic and slick establishment brings much to be excited about. Guests will get that familiar 'welcome back' feeling even if they happen to be newcomers. The interiors are comfortably chic but inviting, with a warm ambience and the atmosphere is busy and vibrant. If we could give 10 stars we would! This is such a wonderful restaurant. The food, wines, service , ambience are all outstanding! To pick a few items off of the menu, I would recommend the gnocchi, which is homemade and outstanding + the modernese pizza is one my favourites. The quality of the ingredients and all the food is always guaranteed.

Came for an Xmas do, food was fabulous and great quality, attentive service and good atmosphere. My only suggestion is to remove the low hanging lights, 3 of our party hit their heads on them getting up from the table. Would definitely come back.
