My only negative was that when someone in my party ordered hot water with lemon, we were charged as if they ordered a hot tea. Someone else in my party did order hot tea but it seems odd that hot water cost $4.75? You can order cold water with lemon for free but get charged $4.75 for hot water with lemon.
