Founded in 2016, Eliza Restaurant & Bar is a cozy contemporary Creole restaurant serving local Louisiana food. After many years spent working in the hospitality industry in New Orleans, Russell & Sally Davis set out to open a simple concept in the Baton Rouge market - a scratch kitchen featuring Creole classics using fresh and local ingredients - all served with an abundance of genuine Southern hospitality.
Tallulah Crafted Food and Wine Bar is a casual upscale restaurant, which shares its name with the small Louisiana town of Tallulah, serving notable, indigenous cuisine from around Louisiana, while featuring house-crafted menu items that interpret local flavors in fresh and unique ways. Tallulah serves breakfast and dinner and includes an outstanding wine bar nestled in an intimate setting that offers guests an extensive selection of fine wines by the glass.Wine lovers can enjoy sampling Tallulah's extensive selection of fine wines with their dinner, in a cozy setting filled with intimate seating areas or at the bar where butter-soft leather bar stools beckon guests to sit, sip and stay awhile. Inspired by old-world cuisine which emphasized a handcrafted approach, City Pork Brasserie & Bar produces scratch-made goods in small batches ensuring proper care and attention to detail. All of our house meats are either slow-roasted, braised or smoked imparting unique and bold flavors to our sandwiches. We also combine this approach to our starters, salads and plates which feature local fare from rabbit, duck, to fresh fish. We have an interactive open kitchen as well as a unique charcuterie & cheese bar where guests can dine. Our goal is simply to provide customers with great-tasting, made-from-scratch food from a creative, evolving and seasonal-driven menu.
