3rd Coast Fish Bar is DMK Hospitality's chef driven "fish shack" concept celebrating the freshest sustainable fish and seafood available. A Chicago-based, award winning restaurant and bar institution since 2009, DMK Burger Bar was launched following a year-long expedition across America to find the best burgers in the USA by 5-times James Beard nominated Chef Michael Kornick. DMK offers everything fresh - 100% grass-fed beef, bison, all-natural chicken, house-seasoned turkey and salmon burgers, and a veggie burger made in house with 12 vegetables, grains and beans. In addition to a Build Your Own option, DMK offers 12 chef-created gourmet burgers served on fresh artisan buns (pretzel, gluten free, rye, and lettuce also available).
