We have grown along with it, and as a result, we have been successful. It has been through this growth that we have become a staple in our community. Our statement of farm to table is our truth. We support as many local growers as we can because it is the local community who support us day in and day out. We truly love being a part of this amazing community.

Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Bistro, opened its doors in July 2012. Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro. Bramble & Hare has a lively, warm atmosphere in its three charming dining rooms. Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accomodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead.
