Gjelina is a restaurant that serves locally-sourced, produce-forward food with menus guided by conversations and long-standing relationships with farmers, local ranchers, fishermen, and co-ops. Our first location Gjelina LA in Venice Beach opened in 2008 becoming a staple in the local community. In 2023, we opened a Gjelina location in New York at 45 Bond Street. A month into being open, we had a fire and had to close our doors. As we complete construction and prepare for our reopening in fall 2024, Gjelina NY has had a series of pop-ups this summer, beginning with WSA in June and July, and NO BAR at The Standard, East Village, for the month of August. Our third location, Gjelina Las Vegas is scheduled to open at the end of 2024.

Tiny's & the Bar Upstairs is a three-story townhouse located on W. Broadway in the heart of Tribeca. The building dates to 1810 and much of the original materials have been restored and overlayed with whimsical American finish detail. Siblings Matt, Jack, and Ana Abramcyk conceived of a space where you can come to eat, drink, or just talk over a glass of wine. The sibling trio complements the warm-hearted atmosphere and furthers the artistic spirit of Tiny’s making it a true family-run neighborhood place.     Es zog sehr und es war extrem kalt im Restaurant. Ohne dicke Jacke war an ein gemütliches Essen nicht zu denken. Unangenehm. Das Essen hingegen war sehr gut.

    I had my parents travel from Ireland from thanksgiving. We had the most amazing meal and experience. Pre fix menu with gorgeous options. My family run a farm to table restaurant in the West of Ireland and they were thoroughly impressed with all the seasonal ingredients on the menu. I think each of us tried a different option for each course and everything was flavoursome, presented perfectly. The steak was cooked to perfection. Fish was nice and light after a having a very filling crab arancini. Turkey portion was massive but probably the only turkey we’ve had that was perfectly moist. I had one of the best Moscow mules I’ve ever had, the list of wine options and beer were endless. Catering to us all. They have a beautiful seating area upstairs, If I had booked well in advance I would have requested a table upstairs, the atmosphere and area is a little bit more relaxed and cozy but all in all no complaints. Service was spectacular. Would definitely recommend!

    The hostess was welcoming, attentive & all around fabulous...we ordered the buratta & the meatballs which was delicious, the Brussel sprouts were was too Al dente, the branzino was wonderful although small & the flavor of my steak was great but I'm one who from experience won't send a steak back when under cooked at a restaurant that's crazy busy, how a chef or server cannot see the difference between medium rare and medium well & delivers it after specifically being told no pink, no red, no blood is beyond me. Had I not waited on line behind 6 ppl to use the one bathroom I would have been there when my entree arrived. Without asking the server spoke to the manager & had the steak removed which was very thoughtful, however I would have preferred to eat my entree with my partner since it was our anniversary. We'll definitely try again on our next trip back home as everything else about this place was beautiful.
