This was the starting point of O Pastus when we open doors in 2020, the restaurant was a realization of Chef Hugo Dias de Castro's dream. He was the one strengthening relationtips with local suppliers and defining a seasonal menu. Hugo suffered an unexpected heart attack in december 2023, his wife Annakaren didn't wanted to give up the dream so she decided to keep the restaurant open. She is the person in charge of all creations and maintaining the same philosophy.Present in the Michelin Guide since 2021 and won the Bib Gourmand for 2024.
