Cuisine & Wine Bistro debuted in March 2015 when Fabrice and Mairead Buschtetz purchased the former MWC Bistro in Gilbert. Just a year later, CWB Chandler opened its doors. This move let Fabrice work his culinary magic in the kitchen, delighting the palates of the bistro's ever-expanding and loyal customer base. Cuisine & Wine Bistro proudly garners Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for the consecutive years '21, '22, and '23.
