Bar des Prés Mayfair is chef Cyril Lignac's first international opening; an evolved version of his original restaurant in the Saint-Germain neighbourhood restaurant in Paris. Behind the deep blue facade, a chic, charming space spread across two floors. The restaurant boasts a cosy ambience, take a seat within the velvet booths, or at the Italian Giallo Real marble counter, where our expert Bar team combine Parisian signatures with London favourites. Taking inspiration from the esteemed restaurant in Paris; Chef Cyril Lignac’s menu has seasonality at its core, effortlessly combining French know-how with modern Japanese individuality and techniques. Nestled below the restaurant, the Lounge provides a vibrant space for pre or post-dinner gatherings and casual suppers, with a live DJ performing every Thursday – Saturday from 6pm.

Studio Gauthier is the exciting new project from Alexis Gauthier, taking over the unique and beautiful setting of the BFI building in Fitzrovia. Beautiful velvet booths meet austere concrete and California colours with a large open kitchen to see everything the chefs are preparing. The 100% plant based menu features, for the first time, Gauthier Soho level dishes in a less formal and more wallet friendly environment, perfect for a fun evening with friends.Also don’t miss the private, sheltered mews terrace at the back.
