Outstanding place for an Italian experience. My husband and I (from NZ) visited Doughcraft after watching MKR. Amazing starters and best pasta we ever had. Worth a visit.

We had the Christmas set menu for Christmas Eve and it was just delicious. We started with some Camembert baked cheese , salad and steak with mushroom sauce that was excellent. We finished the meal with some brownie and ice cream. We were super happy with our meal , highly recommend.

Today our visit was for Christmas High Tea & it did not disappoint. The service was outstanding - friendly & so welcoming. The coffee was delicious & the food outstanding

From the moment you arrive, the experience is first class. The staff are welcoming and polite, making you feel like 'an old friend' (without being intrusive). The decor is understated and elegant - a perfect combination for a 'special occasion'. The food is NEXT LEVEL. Our experience at Montrachet was without doubt the BEST dining experience we have encountered in Australia. Montrachet could compare favourably to the best in Paris. We are incredibly fortunate to have this dining experience in Brisbane. There are many French restaurants in this town that are French in name only. Montrachet however, is French in every sense of the word - elegant, traditional, classy - an experience to savour.

Arrived late after flight was delayed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were met by a lovely smiling face (after a long day of delays) and young staff near the end of their shift. They were all delightful and couldn't have been more helpful. I certainly recommend Plates Restaurant.
