What a mind blowing experience. Absolutely nothing short of spectacular. The service, food, and ambience were first class. An amazing team of people at the top end of there game. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an ambiance that transported us into an emporium of fantasy!!!! Whereby, we didn’t want the night to end !! We wanted to stay in wonderland of culinary expertise !!! Every bite is a symphony of flavours and every dish was a work of art, that kept on giving… Each dish is a masterpiece, showcasing the chef's creativity and passion for food and love of his culinary expertise. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an unforgettable journey through the seasons.. Wow wow Wow !!! I don’t think any other restaurant would match what you have created !!! It is the best restaurant in Australia.

Christmas lunch - and what a scrumptious lunch the three of us had. The freshest, tastiest oysters, the most delicious thymey terribe, a generous charcuterie board, home made breads, and salmon tartare - sooo good. There was plenty of choice for all food preferences. Our mains of duck breast, beef fillet and scallops were all perfectly cooked and presented followed by an amuse bouche that was both tangy, sweet and very refreshing. Daughter and I opted for creme brulee which was perfect - not too rich or sweet, silky smooth with its glowing toffee crust. Husband had the apple and blueberry crumble which he declared to be “yummy”. All with friendly service. A lovely lovely team who gave up their Xmas day to provide a memorable meal and day for us. Thank you so much, and thank you to the chefs, kitchen crew - and to the awesome magician who provided great tricks and laughs.
