We had the most wonderful time at Le 9e! The whole staff was so kind and welcoming, (a special shout out to Daniel and the new manager for arranging a little tour of the site for us as we were very interested in the history behind the building and how the restoration came about)! It was so impressive! The food was incredible and the drinks were delicious! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Absolutely wonderful all around. Food and ambience were incredible. Had an early res with our toddler daughter who was extremely fussy. The staff was so kind and accommodating, especially our waiter. I did not get his name but he was fantastic. My wife and I plan to come back to Montreal for a weekend alone and will absolutely be back for a date night. Highly recommend.

Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes et toutes ont beaucoup apprécié leur repas. La table d'hôte à 80$ par personne offrait le choix de 4 entrées, 4 plats principaux et 4 desserts. En entrée, 4 personnes ont pris le gravlax de saumon avec syphon pomme de terre et wasabi et salade aneth, deuxpersonnes ont pris la tartelette au sarrasin et champignons du Qc avec sauce shitaké, et une personne a pris la poulpe grillée avec salade de choux chinois, concombre et huile thai. Comme plat principal, deux personnes ont pris le Wellington de boeuf avec pomme purée et légumes du moment, accompagné de jus de viande, deux personnes ont pris le contre-filet de boeuf grillé, servi avec endive et betteraves rouges et jus de boeuf et raisins, deux personnes ont pris les gnocchis de polenta, avec sauce bolognaise de porc au chorizo et amer de pêche, et une personne a pris la morue charbonnière poêlée accompagnée de brocoli et bok choy avec sauce au poivre vert. Au dessert, 5 personnes ont pris le chocolat/noisette/cardamome et une personne a pris la poire pochée avec crème citron et sorbet poire recouvert d'une tuile croustillante. Tous les plats étaient délicieux et la présentation raffinée. Il faut y retourner.

C'était la première fois que j'allais à ce restaurant. Je compte y retourner le plus souvent. Très belle expérience...!
