Goldies’ menu focuses on the use of a wood-fired grill, with a selection of small and large plates connected by rich, smoky flavours. A lovely birthday brunch with friends. This is the second year running I have chosen Skylon - its location along with great food & service make it such a fab venue. I would highly recommend it. The saxophone player is amazing, a real bonus and adds to the overall ambience.

The staff and service are always good at Brix and this visit was no different. Tis is my first roast in a while there were no complaints apart from the "burnt" cauliflower cheese...not sure if this was on purpose but I would amend the menu if it is. Cocktail were great as usual. Highly recommended and ill be back soon

Great service, from the welcome, sitting down and letting us decide on suitable seating area. The place was like an art deco gallery, they have put a lot of effort to make sure the experience is remembered. Food mains were fantastic, not a fan of the starters, maybe tweaking the flavours and cooking may be needed. Best dish honey glazed wings as per my colleagues.
