Our waiter Marcel was fantastic. He heard that we didn't like one of the dishes, and offered to take it off the bill! We didn't ask as we wanted to experiment with no strings attached; what a lovely gesture from him. The rest of the food was impeccable as always, and the atmosphere is romantic and cheerful. For reference, our favourite steak on the menu happens to be the cheapest one! - Denver steak - Beef dripping chips - Chop sauce - Chilli hollandaise (for dipping the chips) - White chocolate and wild berry cheesecake - Sweet potato (not so good) Would absolutely recommend coming here, as the price is fair and the service is awesome! 😎

Great place, very quirky and cosy. We had lunch Caesar salad’s for lunch, the chicken was a bit dry and there wasn’t a great amount of sauce so had to ask for more, the staff were very attentive. Highly recommend the truffle chips. I’ll definitely be going back as really like the venue and it’s local.

The ambience and sitting outside was nice and warm, food was really nice and well presented and staff was friendly and welcoming. Location was accessible to car park .

Great value afternoon tea. Excellent selection of sandwiches and cakes, loved the quirky surroundings. It was very quiet when we were there which suited perfectly.

Food was outstanding and the customer service was even better. It’s now my new favourite restaurant and I will definitely be going there again
