The Carriage House Restaurant in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House is open for Pre-Performance and Post-Matinee dining. Two Course Prix Fixe lunch and Three Course Prix Fixe dinners are available two and half hours prior to most Main Stage Performances and after all Matinee Performances at the Paper Mill Playhouse.     Best place for natural wines and delicious food. The service is amazing and the team always takes care of you. I love the mushroom rice and the banana pudding - it’s to die for !

    The food was wonderful. One of my guests said it was the best piece of fish he ever tasted and the burger was extraordinarily good. Our server and the chefs were very accommodating of our dietary restrictions.

    The food and service were great. The bread was nice and warm. We has the crab augratin and the Q'tal salad as appetizers and it was delicious. I had a pinot grio and my friend hasbthebberry passion which she said was delicious. As entrees, we had the half chicken and salmon dishes and it did not disappoint. For dessert er had tiramimus and Brule with cappuccino. The desserts was great. I thought the cappuccino was not hot. It was warm. And the was the only issue but I still enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great experience. Loved it.
