This is not your typical Italian restaurant. The young Italian chef produces traditional country-Italian recipes bursting with flavour. We eat out A LOT and In terms of food quality and flavours, this is the best restaurant in Bournemouth and Poole. The decor is basic which does affect the ambience, but in Italy that’s what the restaurants are like. Don’t be put off. Focaccia bread is the best I’ve ever tasted. The accompanying tomatoes, carrot dip and balsamic dip are superb. In fact, the tomatoes served at this restaurant in various dishes are the tastiest we’ve had. Soup of the day was lovely (cauliflower, courgette, broccoli and pear). My Wife had Caprese salad (with those wonderful tomatoes again!). My steak was cooked perfectly. My Wife had a special - seafood lasagne. Dessert for me was choux au craquelin with hot toffee sauce. Amazing. My wife had a special - melonchello panacotta which was also superb. You need to go to this restaurant.

Very pleasant meal - good food choice and wine selection nice atmosphere and friendly staff

Met a friend for brunch. Food was delicious as was the coffee. Very nice service, great sense of humor at the bar, lovely atmosphere.We didn’t feel rushed despite it being a Saturday and the views are absolutely incredible. Reasonable price for testy brunch and coffee.

Amazing atmosphere. Food simple but outstanding. Have been there 3 times and each time a new memorable experience. Music brilliant. Absolutely love it there. Will definitely come back again

First visit, food excellent, staff welcoming and accommodating. Staff accommodated our not on the menu food request. Really good to have flexibility. Wine was really good. Price was fair, if you want a quick bite or long evening Dolce Vita accommodates. Thankyou, we will be back!
