This multi-dimensional chef first studied the art of classical French cuisine under Richard Bastien at Lemeac. He then focused his attention on perfecting his Italian culinary skills at Beatrice. His desire to master his craft later led him to join the creative team at Le Chien Fumant, where he worked tirelessly to achieve the rank of Chef de Cuisine.

10/10 recommend, would go back again and again. The food was amazing, you can feel the quality and how everything is homemade. Fettuccini rosé was to die for. So was the arancini.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was incredible—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a relaxing dinner. Our waiter was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always there to ensure we had everything we needed, including keeping our glasses full. The background music added a lovely touch to the ambiance. Overall, it was a memorable evening, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!
