Egle Loit, a trained pasta chef, has previously popped up mostly around East and North London, creating a buzz with her pre-restaurant residency at Vestry House Museum in 2023.Founder of Darling’s cares dearly about the craft that fresh pasta making requires. “One can turn humble ingredients into abundance with skill,” shares the restaurateur. Darling’s is designed to be an open space to be shared between the guests and the team, therefore there are no barriers between the service area and the dining area. My friend and I came here on the back of some great recommendations from others. We were not disappointed. The food, service, ambience were fabulous. I had such a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Lovely experience, food was good. Service was mostly great aside from the fact that our order "didn't go through" so we waited longer for our food than we should have. But aside from that, the overall experience was nice.

Pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed the food, cocktails and cakes. The service was a bit slow as in not asking if we wanted a drink or the bill for a very long time! But we got our food quickly so didn’t take away from the experience. I’ll definitely be back
