We always enjoy a brunch at Aqua because the food and service is excellent. On New Years Day the music became progressively louder over the course of our visit and reached a level more suited to a nightclub and we could not carry on our conversation without shouting

Fabulous views over the Harbour. Very dimly lit inside and needed a torch to read the menu. Very expensive even for Hong Kong.
