Populairste Japanse restaurants in University City/Golden Triangle

The food was the highlight of our visit. We ordered a grilled salmon poke, and we truly enjoyed it. However, the service left much to be desired. Lastly, the place could use a bit of a refresh—it’s clear it hasn’t been updated in quite a few years.

Yum! Went here for Xmas eve and it was quiet and the staff was attentive and helpful. The hamachi was unbelievably good so we had to order another!!

This qualifies as a neighborhood find for us and we are luck to have it. The sushi is wonderful and the service is great. I would describe their menu as delicate; focusing on the wonderful taste of the fish and avoiding heavy sauces. The sauces are excellent, just applied sparingly but sufficiently. Highly recommend.

The food staff and service not only met but exceeded our expectations. The menu was creative and extremely fairly priced. From the chefs sushi tasting to the rib steak beyond what a hotel restaurant typically offers. Jose, Ken, Mindy & Chris went above and beyond to ensure world class service during our short stay. Can not wait to return.

It was a Pleasent place to eat with my family! Will be coming back again!
