Ingredients were incredibly fresh, but the real stars were the sushi rice and soy sauce. The rice, sourced directly from Japan, had a wonderful texture and subtle sweetness that perfectly balanced the fish. Their house-made soy sauce was the perfect umami bomb, enhancing each bite without being too salty.
