Went for an afternoon brunch. The brunch menu has no vegan options, no allergy menu. Limited vegetarian options (just 1 option) Music nice Ambience, nice However, it felt like we were being rushed out towards the end. The other party came whilst we were at our table. Service was a little slow but wasn't an issue for us as we were talking, but i had to go up to ask for drinks. Gave us the bill but forgot to bring my sisters birthday cake. All worked out in the end. Nice evening over all.

It was our first visit to Hazev, but it won't be our last. It was one of a very few restaurants in the area open on Christmas Day. The staff was friendly and jolly, as was the atmosphere of the restaurant, with lovely decorations and recorded Christmas songs being played. The Christmas menu was reasonably priced for what was offered, which was a sample of seven starters (humus, tabbouleh, tzatziki, aubergine with tomatoes, filo with spinach & feta, falafel and deep fried prawn) served with freshly baked bread and a choice of one of six main courses. We enjoyed all of the starters. The deep fried king prawn was my husband's favorite and I had a hard time choosing a favorite because I liked them all. We ordered the kofte, which was a generous portion of two skewers of lamb mince and the Hazev special, which was a generous serving of tender, succulent and deliciously seasoned lamb stew on a bed of the most heavenly concoction of aubergine with cheese and bechamel. I savored every bite. For dessert we were served two bite sized pieces of pistachio baklava which made a perfect end to a wonderful meal. Their menu is brimming with other delicacies I look forward to trying. Thank you to the Hazev staff for making us feel welcomed so far from home on Christmas Day.

We booked for Christmas Day slightly apprehensive as to how the atmosphere would be as we wasn’t sure how many people would book for a alternative lunch. We had the best time here. It was busy but service spot on as always. Nice Christmas music playing. Food was amazing as always and we wasn’t ripped off with inflated prices. We would definitely do this again! What a lovely evening, there as a birthday surprise, first time! Staff is super attentive, making sure you are comfortable and surroundings clean. Ambience is lovely and everything presented beautifully. Food came so quickly and was delicious! Takeaway boxes provided so enjoyments for the next day! Special shout out to Ripon and Tutul our severs who did an amazing job!! 👌 Would definitely recommend and come again soon!
