Great service on Valentine’s Day. We were not rushed at all, they gave complimentary roses to the ladies, and we were also given two complimentary shots when the main courses were delayed a short time. For such a busy night, they handled it like any other night. Definitely recommend for any special occasion because they are in their toes all the time.

I found this place through Instagram. The owner chef was in the short reel and his presentation was eye catching. So I booked a reservation for Valentines Day dinner with my wife as early as I could. The welcome when we walked in was great, the owner was with the host and makes you feel special upon entry. The rose he gave me for my wife was a nice touch. The staff was attentive and everyone looks great! Shout out to Omar the captain who took care of me and my pregnant wife all night. He made sure we felt special, while we noticed his consistent service throughout the evening. The ambiance was special, loved the velvety blue tufted booth benches. The music was a whole vibe, felt like I was in all the old school Mobster movies with classics playing in the background. The food was amazing! When I say you can literally pick anything from the menu and be very pleased I mean it. Apps, main courses, chefs kiss. My wife and I have steak on a regular basis so we went with their Mixed Grill and the Yellowfin Tuna, amazing! I need to go back to try every dish. Don’t eat with your eyes, you will be stuffed but guess what, who cares it was all great for left overs the next day. Theyre doing it right, and from the experience, I only expect this guy to keep stepping it up because he takes pride in his craft. We will be returning, most definitely a spot for anniversaries and birthdays to come.

This was our second time to Casablanca. The food and the service are excellent.

Saying we had the best experience is an understatement. Jasmine went above and beyond to accommodate us. She helped me book my reservation, change it, and answered all of my questions as they arose. She added an additional person to the table at the last minute. When we arrived, everything was set up for us. She was patient and kind through the entire experience, ensured everything was accurate, and was very accommodating to our needs we had such as shutting the blinds so we could take pictures. Jasmine, thank you for all you did to make our experience with our grandmother so special. We will never forget today and we are so grateful for all of your hard work, patience, and kindness. I dine at Koy Grill often, but this experience was one for a lifetime.

Excellent service. Food was decent. Limited vegetarian main entree options is reason why rating is not higher.
