Business Casual Dress Code is required. Window tables are limited and we cannot guarantee seating but will do our best to accommodate your request. The name Sarita is a nod to Chef Anthony Romano’s mentor, plus the name of a song by the New Orleans band, The Subdudes, one of the chef’s favorites.
