Our fish are responsibly caught from sustainable sources. Claude Bosi’s Oyster Bar stands proudly in the ground floor space of Michelin House, furnished with unique mosaic flooring, and fascinating wall tiles steeped in history.Shellfish and seafood is the main highlight of the menu, but there are many other dishes to choose from too.Sharing platters, family-style feasts and relaxed dining options are what we do best. We have space to dine inside and outside. Our outside tables are situated both ‘streetside’ at the front of the building, and also within our semi-open patio.
