We also have an ever changing selection of real ale that we source from our local breweries and also a few from further afield.     Excellent food as always, good choice of beers. Staff are very approachable, polite and helpful. The Rock & Fountain has a well deserved reputation, it is definitely well worth a visit.

    Booked for midday lunch , staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a cold day but inside it was lovely and warm with a log fire. Food was great, would definitely recommend.

    The food in this Inn is what I would call real pub food and it is excellent value, it does REAL chips. It`s a bit noisy now and again particularly when there is a family occasion but just find a table a little away from them as the lounge bar is a large area. If you are of a certain age they provide a Seniors menu , slightly smaller portions but for the price you pay excellent value.I must give a mention of the staff who are excellent NOTHING is to much trouble for them and they are always friendly and helpful even when they are very busy.
