Kindly note that only our Festive Set Menu will be available between 1st December and 24th December (inclusive). Back after more than a two year closure following the George IV Bridge in late 2021, Merchants has undergone a full refurbishment. Merchants serves Scottish cuisine in one of the most bustling areas of Edinburgh.
