Our concept is simple – providing our customers with the best quality fish, cooked in front of you, in simple and classic ways. Our central location in Borough Market means that London’s best produce is right on our doorstep. The Bibendum Oyster Bar - a local stalwart - is steered masterfully under the direction of Lyon born 2 Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi.
