The owner, Fons de Visscher was a respected fishmonger for 27 years in Helmond; a small city in the Netherlands, when he decided to start a new adventure. Driven by his passion for fish and great wines Fons created The Seafood Bar. The first restaurant opened its doors in 2012 in the Netherlands and now in 2021 we have opened our doors in London.From our fresh day boat Fish, Lobster's, Crab's, Oyster's to our larger than life seafood platters, all our food is sourced sustainably. We have immense respect for our environment, and do everything we can to sustain it.
