Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. What an awesome experience! I had some friends visiting so I took them to Steelbach for dinner. We sat outside where they had heaters running and the noise level was pretty low. Our server was named Caroline and she was amazing! Such a sweet and kind person who attended to all of our requests. You could really tell that she is good at her job and very experienced! We ordered the cornbread appetizer, french onion soup and caesar salad to start. Both were delicious and were served promptly. For our main meal, we had steak, potato pave and mushrooms. The steak was delicious, the potato dish was unique as well as being very tasty. The mushrooms were some of the best I have had! I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out with friends or a date night.

Love the food and atmosphere. Essentially never a wait when we have gone but always use Open Table to ensure we have a table when we arrive.
