After working in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, we decided to go out on our own and have created Tapajax, a tapas bar and restaurant. Our number one goal is to provide an authentic Spanish dining experience with the best quality food possible. Cambio de Tercio is the signature Restaurant of Cambio De Tercio Restaurant Group, located in the heart of Chelsea- South Kensington.
