FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales.
