Island View Steakhouse, located within the legendary Island View Guest House, is the premier dining establishment on the island of St Thomas. Chef Marshall Bishop brings his 20+ years of 2 & 3 Star Michelin rated restaurant experience from around the globe to our intimate terrace restaurant overlooking the city and harbor below.Chef Bishop as he is called, offers a small, daily changing, farm to table menu featuring hand made pasta, dry aged and certified Prime beef, expert preparation of local and imported seafood, with everything made from scratch. The warm and inviting hospitality from our team is unmatched, as is the view and the food. Be sure to experience one of the Caribbean's few remaining "Honor Bars" where guests are encouraged to pour and mix their own beverage creations to go along with a small and well curated wine list complementing Chef Bishop's creations.Seating is very limited so reservations are required.
