The family celebrated my wife’s birthday at El Pirata. The food and cocktails were great, and really good value. We all agreed, this was the best tapas we’ve had in London and we’re a Spanish family that spends a lot of time eating tapas in London and Spain. All the staff were so friendly and provided great service, which from a customers point of view are the main reasons we eat out. When booking, I asked for a special table and the restaurant delivered by providing us with a booth which really showed they cared about making it a special night for the family. Also loved the ambience of the upstairs bar, I’m sure we’ll be back soon to grab afew tools and have many more plates of tapas.

This is our new fave place in London! We were here visiting from Los Angeles and happen to come across this restaurant on this site and fell absolutely in love. The vibe/ambience is charming and adorable. It’s very quaint and cozy, filled with the most charismatic and magical decor and they made it even more sweet with all the festive decor for the holidays. The food is truly outstanding, whether you’re vegan or a carnivore, there’s something for us all. The croquetas were my fave but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the items. Everything was so flavorful and top notch. The service was stellar and everyone felt like family. We loved it so much we went back two nights in a row! Everyone was amazing with our dog also which is our favorite thing as she travels with us everywhere and is our heart and soul. Thank you Frame for being our new place we think about often and long to come back to as a new home away from home! 🌟🥟🍷🥰✨💫🪄

They have a really annoying sound when food is ready to be taken to a table. It’s a very loud doorbell! Just not really appropriate for the small restaurant. Everything else is lovely. But they should really change that loud doorbell!
