Populairste tapasrestaurants in The Gulch & North Gulch

We were there for a business dinner with someone out of town and wanted to show case a "local" place. It was a perfect choice. The service was outstanding. And the food amazing. Might be the best cheese plate in town which was a great way to start. I had the salmon, our guest had the shrimp and grits and colleague had the chicken. All three of us loved our meals. Regrettably, we were so full we had to pass on dessert.

Iberian Pig 100% delivered on all the basics and then some - great flavors, great ambiance, interesting combinations. We came with an early reservation and got to try the happy hour queso/charcuterie combo (solid, uncontroversial), which like the grilled cheese were our least faves... just ok. Broccolini, with its piquant chimichurri, and the albondigas (meatballs) were the best, the patatas had a similar smoky paprika sauce. More thumbs up for risotto, empanadas, and the burger we split. We loved the taste of the carrots but several were so 'al dente' they were basically raw, but the server (who was great) was quick to take them off the bill. Def going back - fun place. Only regret is that we didn't have 10 more people at our table so we could try more stuff... always get too full before you can order all the things you want.

What a great treat. The location, directly across the street from the Ryman Auditorium can't be beat for a pre-show meal. We sat at the kitchen bar for the full effect and were witness to a great show. I had ONE goal for the night; proper Jamon Iberico. . . it met my full expectations. Every thing else was gravy. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and willing to talk us through the menus (food and drink). All was fantastic and truly did make us fondly remember tapas restaurants that we have visited in Barcelona. I would highly recommend reservations because this place if going to blow up with business. Don't miss it.

Had an amazing 21st birthday dinner here with my friends. Highly recommend, the staff was very kind and the atmosphere was very fun!! Overall a great spot.

Great experience—would have loved to see dolsot bibimbap and japchae on the menu!
