With “Bubba” our specially imported smoker from the U.S. we can create the tastiest, finger-lickin' smoked meats on this side of the pond. Here’s the rub! Before cooking we massage our meat with our own secret blend of herbs and spices to give it the unique flavour only found at Smokehouse. The Wood. For a great BBQ you’re gonna need wood! We prefer Hickory and Cherry to give it a touch of sweetness.
The beauty of the Robatary experience is that the way in which you dine is totally dictated by you. SMALL PLATESEnjoy a selection of plates to share (or not).All of which have been designed to allow for a taste of the Robatary and sample tastes from Asia, America, and local. TRADITIONALA more traditional way of dining, selecting starters from the small plates section, and a main course, and obviously not leaving until you’ve sampled a treat. Regular bookings will be seated anywhere inside or outside dependant on space. Please notify us of the intent to bring a pram or buggy so we can accommodate your booking effectively.
