Therefore SAYOLA comes from the names of the proprietors children: SAndra, YOrett, and LAzaro.

Lola's Tapas and Wine Bar serves tasty Spanish cuisine and shareable plates. The casual atmosphere is suitable for a friendly outing, family dinner or romantic date. A rustic fountain in the middle of the dining area sets the mood, while Spanish decor and intimate lighting add to the festive ambiance. Lola's full bar offers cocktails, beer and other spirits. Takeout services are available as well. The menu has numerous popular entrée's that are hearty, generous and satisfying. Tapas plates include options like camtinpalos, which is traditional Spanish sausage, patatas bravas, which feature fried potatoes in spicy tomato sauce, and almejas bilbaina, which is clams in tomato and pepper sauce. Lola's also has soups and salads, such as the pumpkin cream soup or lobster meat salad.
